Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

Abstract (maximum 500 words) should be written in English and submitted by online by 1st of July 2016 according to abstract preparation guidelines.

The full-paper should be submitted online due time on 1st of September 2016 based on review and evaluation by scientific committee regard with originality, technical, and relevance to theme of conference.

GUIDELINE FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION

Author should first register as Author and/or is offered as Reviewer through the following address:

Author should fulfill the form as detail as possible where the star marked form must be entered. After all form textbox was filled, Author clicks on “Register” button to proceed the registration. Therefore, Author is brought to online author submission interface where Author should click on “New Submission”. In the Start a New Submission section, click on “’Click Here’: to go to step one of the four-step submission process”. The following are four steps in online submission process:

  1. Step 1 - Starting the Submission: Select the appropriate track for this submission, i.e. Heat, Mass and Momentum Transfer, etc. Thus, author must check-mark on the submission checklists and copyright notice.
  2. Step 2 – Uploading the Submission: To upload an abstract or a manuscript to ICCPPE 2016, click Browse on the Upload submission file item and choose the manuscript document file to be submitted, then click Upload button.
  3. Step 3 – Entering Submission’s Metadata: In this step, detail authors metadata should be entered including marked corresponding author. After that, manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying the text and paste in the textbox including keywords.
  4. Step 4 – Confirming the Submission:  Author should final check the uploaded abstract or manuscript documents in this step. To submit the manuscript to ICCPPE 2016, click Finish Submission button after the documents is true. The corresponding author or the principal contact will receive an acknowledgement by email and will be able to view the submission’s progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web address site.

After this submission, Author who submit the abstract or manuscript will get a confirmation email about the submission. Therefore, Author is able to track his submission status at anytime by logging in to the online submission interface. The submission tracking includes status of manuscript review and editorial process.

 

PREPARING GUIDELINES FOR FULLTEXT PAPER

Fulltext paper of accepted abstract should be prepared using MS Word document according to the following template:

 

GUIDELINES FOR UPLOADING FULLTEXT PAPERS

  • Please prepare your fulltext paper according to the template as follows (please download here): http://goo.gl/9wobI8 (under construction)
  • Guidelines for Fulltext Paper Submission by online: 
    • Please login using username and password created during abstract submission in the conference website (http://econference.undip.ac.id/index.php/iccppe/)
    • Click on “Active” in the Author section.
    • Click on the Title of your paper
    • You will bring to Step 3 (Upload Submission). In the “Upload submission file” click on button “Choose file”, and don’t forget to click button “Upload”
    • Upload supplementary file (if any), if not, just click Next.
    • Click “Finish Submission” on the Step 5 (Confirmation).
    • If you face any problems for uploading your full paper, we welcome you to send it via email (iccppeundip@gmail.com@gmail.com). Please save it with file name with format as follows: PaperID_ 1st name of author_Institution.doc
    • However, we prefer you uploading your full paper in your account using your username and password as created before. Please do not make a new account for your easy administration!!
    • All of full paper must be uploaded in our website or received by: September 1st at 11:59 pm
    • More than this due time, we do apologize that we cannot recognize your paper involve in our selection for publishing in AIP Proceeding or BCREC Journal. Otherwise, we would publish them in our ISBN registered regular proceeding.
    • This selection step is conducted in accordance with regulation in our committee which is a full authority of scientific committee.

Post presentation in our conference, we would put further in reviewing for selected papers.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  5. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.

a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
c) In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
