Conference Policies

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts that have been submitted in The 8th ICENIS will go through these processes:

  1. The submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review process by at least one reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.
  2. Authors will be notified about their submission results in three weeks.
  3. Submissions will be evaluated based on the abstract.
  4. Based on the reviewers’ comments, abstract may be accepted, rejected or accepted with revision.
  5. If the comments are not addressed well in the revised submission, then the paper will be rejected.

 

Archive Access Policy

The presentations and conference materials associated with current and archived conferences hosted on this website are provided as open-access resources and are freely available for viewing. This policy aims to promote the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge and to maximize the visibility and impact of the work presented by authors and researchers.

These materials are made available for educational, research, and informational purposes. Where applicable, the final published versions of accepted papers will be published and accessible through the designated publisher's platform, subject to the publisher's policies, copyright agreements, and publication procedures.
