Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

  1. CREATE USER.
    Create a user at this link http://econference.undip.ac.id/index.php/icophcd/2022/user/account. Fill in the data. This sign (*) is required to be filled. Don’t forget to select the Author and volunteer as a reviewer (if willing).
  2. SUBMIT ABSTRACT.
    After creating a user as author, please complete the submission.
    Steps for abstract submission:

Author can submit abstract by clicking <New Submission> in the menu USER HOME.

STEP 1. STARTING THE SUBMISSION

  • Click the session type. Firstly, click the abstract
  • Click all checklists on the menu because it is necessary for submit full paper later on
  • Click save and continue

STEP 2. ENTERING THE SUBMISSION’S METADATA

  • Fill in all the fields on the menu
  • To add authors, you can click Add Author
  • Fill in the abstract in TITLE AND ABSTRACT column.
  • Click save and continue

STEP 3. UPLOADING SUPPLEMENTARY FILES

  • No Need to submit supplementary files at this stage
  • Click save and continue

STEP 4. CONFIRMING THE SUBMISSION

  • Click Finish Submission

3. TRACKING SUBMISSION.
Waiting for the review process by the reviewer appointed by the director. Tracking submissions on the dashboard of the author page of the website and check the inbox of your registered email. You will be notified with an attached Letter of Acceptance (LoA), if accepted.

4. MAKE PAYMENTS.
If your abstract has been accepted, and you have received the LoA, please make a payment by following these steps (link guidelines for payments).

Send the proof of payment via email to icoph.tcd@live.undip.ac.id.

5. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.
After having an account, the author is not automatically registered as a conference presenter, so the author needs to click the registration menu here to be registered at the conference:  http://econference.undip.ac.id/index.php/icophcd/2022/schedConf/registration Select the appropriate type, either as a presenter participant or non-presenter participant.

6. UPLOAD FULL PAPER. After completing the payment and being accepted, please submit the full paper version by following these steps.

STEPS FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

  1. Log in to ICOPH-TCD account, then click Active
  2. Click on AWAITING UPLOAD
  3. Upload your paper in Upload submission file, choose file, upload then click save and continue. Upload your full paper (in .doc or .docx format only). send the full paper by continuing the author submission process.

  1. Upload supplementary documents (in one .pdf file) consisted of:

a.       Signed Statement of Originality (Scanned);
b.       Licence Agreement (Scanned).

Upload it one by one. The next will lead you to the content of the metadata file. Type in the format of File title – Paper ID (example: Form Agreement – 1473) then click save and continue. Repeat these steps for the other files that must be uploaded. Then save and continue.

After completing Step 4, you will go to Step 5, then finish submission.

If you have already uploaded the paper, but you have not uploaded the supplementary file, you can send the supplementary file by email to: icoph.tcd@live.undip.ac.id with the Paper ID (according to the LOA) as subject.

7. FINISH

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
  7. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.
