1. CREATE USER.

Create a user at this link https://econference.undip.ac.id/index.php/icenis/icenis2025/user/account. Fill in the data. This sign (*) is required to be filled. Don’t forget to select the Author and volunteer as a reviewer (if willing).

2. SUBMIT FULLPAPER.

After creating a user as author, please complete the submission.

Steps for submission:

Author can submit full paper by clicking <New Submission> in the menu USER HOME.

If you have already uploaded the paper, but you have not uploaded the supplementary file, you can send the supplementary file by email to: icenis@live.undip.ac.id with the Paper ID (according to the LOA) as subject.

Waiting for the full paper review process by the reviewer appointed by the director. Tracking submissions on the dashboard of the author page of the website and check the inbox of your registered email. You will be notified with an attached Letter of Acceptance (LoA) if accepted

3. TRACKING SUBMISSION.

4. MAKE PAYMENTS.

If your fullpaper has been accepted, and you have received the LoA,  It is more preferable to make a payment by BNI Teller or Mobile Banking.
