The presentations that make up the current and archived conferences on this site have been made open access and are freely available for viewing, for the benefit of authors and interested readers.



Open topic discussion on:

  • Maternal and child health: continuum care, safe motherhood/making pregnancy safer, breastfeeding maternal complication and mortality, social determinants of maternal health, maternal and child health programs, family planning
  • Coastal pollution: effect on ecology and human health



Author Guidelines & Submission

Author should first register as Author and/or is offered as Reviewer through the following address: Author should fulfill the form as detail as possible where the star marked form must be entered. After all form text box was filled, Author clicks on “Register” button to proceed the registration. Therefore, Author is brought to online author submission interface where Author should click on “New Submission”. In the Start a New Submission section, click on “’Click Here’: to go to step one of the four-step submission process”. The following are four steps in online submission process:

  1. Step 1 - Starting the Submission: Select the appropriate track for this submission, i.e. Heat and Mass Transfer, Bio-process Engineering, etc. Thus, author must check-mark on the submission checklists and copyright notice.
  2. Step 2 – Uploading the Submission: To upload an abstract or a manuscript to ICOPH-TCD 2016, click Browse on the Upload submission file item and choose the manuscript document file to be submitted, then click Upload button.
  3. Step 3 – Entering Submission’s Metadata: In this step, detail authors metadata should be entered including marked corresponding author. After that, manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying the text and paste in the text box including keywords.
  4. Step 4 – Confirming the Submission:  Author should final check the uploaded abstract or manuscript documents in this step. To submit the manuscript to ICOPH-TCD 2016, click Finish Submission button after the documents is true. The corresponding author or the principal contact will receive an acknowledgement by email and will be able to view the submission’s progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web address site. After this submission, Author who submit the abstract or manuscript will get a confirmation email about the submission. Therefore, Author is able to track his submission status at anytime by logging in to the online submission interface. The submission tracking includes status of manuscript review and editorial process.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission (Abstract Submission has already closed)
  • Please confirm the conference abstract was prepared by the following information (in DOC format):
  • Title of the abstract;
  • Name, affiliation and correspondence addresses of the author and co-authors (if any);
  • Abstract of no more than 250 words ;
  • Keywords (3 to 5 keywords);
  • Please fill in the required fields (*). Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • No modification could be made once the submission is made. Please re-submit the proposal and select the “Re-Submission” if necessary.
Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Conference proceedings will be published at Advance Science Letters (Scopus Indexed Journals)   GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING FULL TEXT PAPER Full text paper of accepted abstract should be prepared using MS Word document according to the following template:

Terms and conditions apply. Accepted papers to be published at Advance Science Letters need additional fee $250 for five pages. Additional pages will be charged $25 per page.   GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING POSTER Standing banner by the size of 60 cm x 160 cm. Poster should include: Abstract, Background, Method, Results and Conclusion.
